If i boot from my sd card, all works fine. Boot of new SSD and all works apart from GPS. I reinstalled OP just to see if it was a software issue but the rebuilt SSD has the same issue

Hello Colin,
GPS performance will be degraded, if you use noisy parts in your setup. Have you tried to place the SSD as far away from the HAT as possible? Which SSD type do you use?
