Hi,
On the website it says that you can use the Moitessier HAT 2 standalone. But I can’t find anywhere how to do that?

Hello Sebastian,
you need to power the HAT with 3.3V on pin 2 of pin header J701.
See the users guide on page 13: https://www.rooco.eu/2018/08/31/user-guide/
On pins 4 and 6 of J701 you will get NMEA data with TX/RX serial interface (baud rate = 921600).
